Scott Summit is the founder and chief technology officer of Bespoke Innovations. Founded in 2010 in collaboration with an orthopaedic surgeon, their focus is to create individualized artificial limbs that the patients themselves can choose and personalize.
Summit has been designing consumer products for more than 20 years, including innovations for Apple, Nike, Palm, and other major brands, many of which have earned patents, as well as IDEA and IDSA awards.
Summit has held faculty positions teaching design and process at Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon, and Singularity University. Additionally, Summit writes for Time Compression Magazine on the art and technology enabled by additive fabrication
